Hello.
RYUDUKI TEPPAN I am in charge of PR.
The summer season is approaching, how is everyone doing?
In this issue, we would like to introduce a course meal suitable for a special night for entertaining or dining.
Sakura Course: A course that allows you to enjoy the best of Japanese beef that has been snowed down for entertainment.
The Sakura Course is perfect for business entertainment and special dinners.
We welcome Yamagata Prefecture's snow-capped wagyu beef as the star of the show, and we will bring you a blissful experience that makes the most of the season's ingredients.
Steak using Obanazawa's snow-cured wagyu beef and poached foie gras are especially recommended.
Wagyu beef is a gem that offers a perfect balance of tenderness and flavor by taking advantage of the characteristics of beef raised in a harsh natural environment.
RYUDUKI TEPPAN's specialties are featured as appetizers, with fresh ingredients arranged in a variety of ways.
Salad-style turkey breast is also accented with a walnut-flavored balsamic dressing.
And the main dish, teppanyaki abalone, along with buckwheat seed risotto, offers a depth of flavor.
The chef's skill shines through in every dish.
~An unforgettable dining experience!
A total of 9 dishes using a variety of seasonal ingredients.
RYUDUKI TEPPAN course with a wide variety of dishes is also available.
Of particular note is the sirloin steak made from snow-cured Wagyu beef from Obanazawa, Yamagata Prefecture.
The meat is tender and flavorful, with sweet fat that melts in the mouth.
For a refreshing palate cleanser, try the refreshing granite.
The meal ends with a choice of shigure gohan (rice topped with snow-cured wagyu beef) or garlic rice, spreading a pleasant sense of satisfaction.
And a seasonal dessert and coffee or tea are the perfect end to the meal.
Thank you for reading to the end.
